If you follow along on Instagram, you know that we have finished our Montessori continents study and have moved on to a study of the human body. We began with the outside and are working our way in — the way most Montessori learning goes — so I decided to start with some good old body part cards.
You can find tons of body part 3-part cards online, but they are all very, very… white. So I made some that are a little more colorful.
I first presented these at Circle Time, so we did them together. I laid out each card and named it. Then N matched the pictures…
…and L matched the words!
The girls didn’t mention anything about the different skin colors pictured, because that doesn’t really matter — a nose is a nose no matter what color it is. 🙂
These body part 3-part cards are available as a free printable for my email subscribers only! To gain access to this and all of my other subscriber-only freebies, get on my email list HERE and I’ll send the link and password right over!
