My Printable Pals asked for some printable materials about daily/weekly rhythms and routines that could be used as a visual representation of the daily schedule or tasks to be completed, so I created this new Montessori-Inspired Rhythms & Routines Pack!
There’s a set of Visual Schedule Cards for 75 different activities (some with multiple versions) in the following categories:
- At Home: Morning Routine
- At Home: Bedtime Routine
- At Home: Mealtime Routine
- At Home: Chores/Practical Life
- At Home: Other Activities
- Going Out
- Homeschool/Montessori Preschool
- Religious Routines
- Blank cards to add your own
They are included as cards with just pictures of those activities as well as the same cards with words added. So how do you use them? There are several schedules and charts that you can use the Visual Schedule Cards with as described below, but you can also use them in other ways:
- choose just a few and hang them up in the relevant spot in the house
- use for sequencing a day
- use as discussion cards
- use to mark off tasks that must be completed
Here are some of the schedules and charts you can use the Visual Schedule Cards with:

Use the Today Schedule to put your visual Schedule Cards on so your child can follow along throughout the day. You can cut out the schedule strip and add more on the end until you have as many empty squares as you need, then attach activities using Velcro dots, poster putty, or tape.

Use the Week Schedule to put activity cards on for each day of the week.

Use the Morning & Bedtime Task Charts to put Visual Schedule Cards on for your child to move to the “Finished” section after she has completed each task.

Use the Choice Board to let your child choose practical life tasks/chores or homeschool tasks from the Visual Schedule Cards, then move it to the “Finished” section after she has completed each task.
You can get this whole Montessori-Inspired Rhythms & Routines Pack for just $6!
