The Ultimate Montessori-Inspired Color Printable Bundle

It’s here! I had so much fun creating my Snow & Snowflakes Printables that I decided to create another Montessori-Inspired Printable Bundle — this one focused on COLOR! I’ve spent the past couple of months slowly putting this together in between other projects, and I’m so pleased with how it has turned out. My new Ultimate Montessori-Inspired Color Printable Bundle contains 90 pages of printable resources to be used with children ages 2-6 years old. You DO NOT need to own a set of Montessori color tablets to use this printable, although you can always combine them as I have in the photos below. If the color tablets are not something you already have, you also have an option to add on my *printable* color tablets (boxes 1, 2, and 3) for just $1 more when you purchase the Ultimate Montessori-Inspired Color Printable Bundle at the link at the bottom of this post.

Here’s what’s inside:

  • Color Tablets 3-Part Cards
  • I Spy Colors
  • Colors in Nature Sorting Cards
  • Colors in Nature Posters
  • Colors in Fruits & Vegetables Sorting Cards
  • Colors in Fruits & Vegetables 3-Part Cards

  • My Book of Colors Writing Copy
  • Color Mixing Control Sheet
  • Color Mixing Coloring Pages

  • Color Shading Coloring Pages

Please note: physical color tablets are not included in the bundle. This is a digital file.

Here’s a peek at some of the materials included in the printable bundle:

The Color Tablets 3-Part Cards are the same size as the real color tablets (when printed using the “Actual Size” setting) and include the colors for Color Boxes 1 & 2: red, yellow, blue, green, orange, purple, brown, black, gray, white, pink. There is also a blank copy included so your children can make their own color tablet 3-part cards.

I Spy activities are some of my daughters’ favorites, so I knew I had to include some in this bundle! There are two different I Spy pages along with pages for counting how many of each specific item or color you can find! I will laminate these and give them to my daughters with a dry erase marker so they can do them over and over again.

One of my favorite ways to use the color tablets is for sorting things by color, so I included several different options in this bundle: photos from nature, fruits and vegetables, insects, and animals. You could also print each of these sets twice to use as picture matching cards.

The Colors in Fruits & Vegetables cards also come as 3-Part Cards for matching pictures and words for pre-readers or for reading practice for emerging readers.

My girls also love to practice their writing skills, so I made a few sets of Read It, Trace It, Write It strips. There is a set with the color tablets, one with fruits and vegetables, and one with colored objects from the I Spy pages for plenty of reading, tracing, and writing practice. I will probably put these in page protectors or laminate and pair with a dry erase marker so they can be used multiple times to conserve paper.

Book-making is another favorite activity in our homeschool preschool! This bundle comes with three sets for varying skill levels: a control copy, a copy for coloring and tracing the color words, and a copy for coloring and writing the color words.

Finally, the bundle includes several materials for learning about color mixing. These include control sheets as well as coloring sheets so the child can mix the colors herself.

My favorite part of the color mixing materials is the Color Mixing Equation Strips — again, these match the size of the real color tablets so the child can simply place the resulting color tablet on the blank spot, or she can color it in if she prefers.

The Ultimate Montessori-Inspired Color Printable Bundle is available for purchase and immediate download NOW for just $13!
