Montessori-Inspired Shark Printables

My Printable Pals requested some Montessori-inspired materials all about sharks this summer, and I had so much fun thinking of ways to incorporate learning about sharks through all areas of the classroom! Here’s everything that’s included in my new Montessori-Inspired Shark Bundle:

Types of Sharks 3-Part Cards: There are cards for 15 different shark species from around the world.

Parts of a Shark Poster: There’s a poster with 10 different parts of a shark labeled.

My Book About Sharks: There’s a printable non-fiction book with a page about sharks in general as well as a separate page for each of the same 15 sharks in the Types of Sharks 3-Part Cards.

Sharks Who Am I? Cards: There are cards featuring info taken directly from the My Book About Sharks to match with the correct photograph of the shark species it describes.

Shark Counting Cards: Count the sharks in each photograph and match it with the number. There are three photographs for each number 1-5.

Shark Measurement Cards: There are measuring cards for 7 different sharks and 1 shark tooth. For the shark measuring cards, one inch corresponds to one foot in real life. Make sure you follow the printing instructions so the sharks measure to whole inches.

Shark Greater Than & Less Than Cards: Show the child that the shark will always “eat” the “greater” number. Includes fish with bead bars 1-10, ten numbers in the tens, ten numbers in the hundreds, ten numbers in the thousands, and blank fish cards to add your own numbers.

You can get this whole bundle full of Montessori-inspired shark activities for just $12!
