If you’re looking for a fun, FREE Earth Day activity, I have one for you! I made these Montessori-inspired Litter Pickup Counting Cards to practice looking for litter so we can keep our Earth clean!

Count the pieces of litter in each picture, then match it to the number card. The number cards use the same colors as the Montessori bead bars, and there’s a litter picker upper on each to emphasize the idea that we don’t just look for litter on the ground — when we find it, we pick it up and dispose of it properly! This activity is extra fun with a magnifying glass to search for the litter.
The Litter Pickup Counting Cards are available as a free printable for my email subscribers only! To gain access to this and all of my other subscriber-only freebies, get on my email list HERE and I’ll send the link and password right over!
