Hi! I’ve always enjoyed the concept of the Montessori method and feel that while this was not the term my mother used, she implemented this method in rearing us. I also feel that I used it in the classroom while teaching middle school for 11 years. My question is, as this is my (and my husband’s) mindset, how can we be sure that we’re using this within our home, rearing our daughter? More specifically, what are some of the methods for disciplining and reinforcing positive behavior?
